Q. How often should I get a massage?

A. There is no set schedule regarding the frequency of massage. Some people get body work done once a week, others find they only need one once a month. It all depends on what your body needs.  It also depends on what condition you are getting the massage for.

For example, an injury to a shoulder joint or a pulled back muscle Might require an initial schedule of once a week for a month or two, while a stressful day at the office might only require a single session.
